30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If, for any reason, you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days for a replacement, exchange, or refund. Please note, change of mind returns aren’t applicable to sealed items with broken seals. For such returns, follow our specified process. If the item’s box is opened, damaged, or used, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping for change of mind purchases isn’t covered. A 10% change of mind fee will be deducted if the item is new, unused, and sealed.

Contact Us First

Before leaving feedback, reach out to us if you encounter any issues. Contact us within 30 days in case of faulty items, and we’ll cover the necessary return postage.

Address Changes

If incorrect shipping details result in the item being returned to us via Australia Post, a Return to Sender (RTS) fee of AU$12 may apply, along with a redelivery fee. We’re not liable for buyer-entered mistakes.

International Buyers Notice

We’re not responsible for additional charges incurred in the buyer’s country. Please note, we do not ship to PO Box addresses outside Australia and New Zealand. Ensure the electrical information of the item you purchase is suitable for your country, as this constitutes a change of mind purchase.

Returns Process

Contact us if you have any issues with your goods. We’ll assess the problem and guide you on the return process. Upon return, we’ll inspect or send the goods for assessment and provide a remedy where applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 30 days of receiving the original product.

Change of Mind Returns

Refunds aren’t typically provided for change of mind situations. We may, at our discretion, accept returns for store credit or exchange on a case-by-case basis, provided the item is returned within 30 days, unused, in resalable condition, with original packaging intact, and undamaged. Change of mind returns are not accepted for specific items due to hygienic reasons, yet remedies for defective goods are available.

Defective Goods

All goods sold come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to replacements or refunds for major failures and repair or replacement for goods not of acceptable quality. Claims for faulty goods within 12 months will be addressed as per our warranty specified in product listings.
